Confused! Same construction picture for both Hermitage and Wexford.

The Michelin Primacy run flat tires have ZP(zero pressure) after the tire size.

Called both TC zoning department and the county planning department and all permits have been picked up and paid for.

My brother in law just saw the permit in the TC paper!

Discovered that the area where the SC will be build is actually governed by the city of TC. Talked to the Zoning Administration and they said they have had contact but no permits have been pulled yet.

@jelloslug if you look closely you'll see that the 2 end spots are "pull in forward " thus giving 10 superchargers

Notice the 3 PVC pipes sticking up by the pole. Although I don't see any disturbed ground indicating trenching.
