Thanks, I managed to unlock the charger around 8pm. Didn’t know if it was a wider problem at the time. I’ve logged a ticket with Hypervolt to see if they can shed any further light on the issue. If I discover anything useful I’ll post it up. Regards Paul

Hi All, This is my 1st post so please be gentle! I’m having an issue on my Hypervolt 2 where the device is refusing to unlock. Is anyone else having the same issue this evening (19th Apr 23)? Thanks Paul
