    FSD Braking Breaking My Dog

I didn’t read the ToS so I didn’t realize I was agreeing to have my publicly posted words changed without my discretion. I’ve since decided to stop posting, but for this final rant.

    FSD Braking Breaking My Dog

Changing peoples posts for no reason is (moderatir edit). You guys don’t even put a note or notification that you changed someone else’s words to your own but left their name on it. That’s complete trash.

My Feb 2022 Model 3 LR's rear motor just failed. Less than 6k miles on it. :(

How did you diagnose it as a failed rear drive motor?

Update to an older version (2023.6.15) than is available for the car to download after FSD subscription

Yes, for the most part we're saying the same thing. It's simply the definition of what it means to be "in" the beta. They won't present your car with the FSD beta version just because you subscribed to FSD. You have to opt in to the FSD beta list. After you do that, you won't get the new...

Update to an older version (2023.6.15) than is available for the car to download after FSD subscription

You can if your car hasn’t been updated in a long time. As long as your current version is behind FSD version you can get in. I realize that’s unusual, but that’s exactly what this thread is about so to tell OP they’re not accepting new people is incorrect. For example, I bought my car used...

Thanks for the tip! I wasn’t aware of that feature. It actually did find an update. It’s downloading 2023.12.5!

FSD Beta on 2023.12.* - when?

I turned the beta switch off yesterday

Update to an older version (2023.6.15) than is available for the car to download after FSD subscription

Don’t listen to people who say they don’t know when more testers will get in. If your current version is behind the current FSD beta version, you can get in. I did. Just opt in to the FSD beta queue under the autopilot settings and make sure your update mode is on beta. That said, the current...

FSD Beta on 2023.12.* - when?

Anyone know if I can get back on the main branch instead of FSD beta somehow? I cancelled the FSD beta subscription at the end of the trial. I want to just get onto the stable version.

    Charge port automatically opening

Not sure if you all noticed but it seems the OP had this issue resolved by replacing the charging port in post #5.

Updates are not good - any suggestions

Can’t wait to read about your family suing Tesla after your dumbass let your car crash itself. (moderator edit…) It’s unfortunate that you’ll crash, but at least your family will not be suing Tesla once the attorneys find these posts in legal discovery.

    Controversial Opinion?

I live in the US so things might be different. I always buy my cars with a loan. Usually very competitive rates, even 0% sometimes from the manufacturer. Usually the monthly payment is more than a lease, I end up keeping the car for 3 years and then I trade it in with a small amount of equity...

Model 3 trunk power lift failure

Thanks, I will check into this more. I did reset the max height already. I’m on the fsd beta software, 11.3.6.

Model 3 trunk power lift failure

Thanks for your suggestion but the problem persists even with the door open. I guess the two beeps must mean something. Perhaps something is sticking or binding and the trunk senses it as an obstruction.

Model 3 trunk power lift failure

Suddenly the other day my 2022 Model 3 LR started failing to open the trunk on the first try. This happens no matter which method is used to open the trunk. On the second try and subsequent tries it will open. If I let it sit for a while it will fail again on the first try. Anyone have any...
