The location of the new Supercharger is Westgate Shopping center off the 101 in Glendale near the Dutch Brothers. Should be around 3 weeks of work yet but they are having issues with SRP.

looks like its not happening today. They blew a wire out and needed to get the new wire from Phoenix. They will install the new wire tonight but the Tesla guys needs to come back tomorrow to try again. :(

There is a large (16) Supercharger being constructed in Glendale AZ. I do not have the location but if someone can check for permits, we might find something. I will try and get more info also. Sounds like it is under construction already. I believe its going to be close to a new service center...

Charges are complete! (minus painting the lines) Just talked to the sup and he said Tesla will be there next week to turn them on if all goes to plan. There is even a pull-in charger for my Cybertruck :)

I doubt it. There are brand new superchargers being built right now just up the road on the river. 16 of them.

Just got off the phone with Isaac at Larson Baker in Tucson (They own the property at Marana Marketplace) and he confirmed the construction of 16 Tesla chargers behind Firehouse subs is currently under way. He said Tesla expects to be complete in 1st quarter most likely about 2 months. nice guy...

And yet still no one has mark this as under construction. I talk to the manager at fire house subs over the weekend and they confirmed the Tesla Supercharger behind their building and was excited to have it there to bring in new customers

Tucson mailing addresses extend all the way to the south side of Tangerine Rd, far North of this address. I own houses just on the south side of Tangerine and Twin Peaks and they are Tucson, even though they are covered my Marana City. Site should def be changed to Tucson-Marana .

It looks like construction has started. They have started removing the asphalt in the red circled area behind firehouse subs, which is the same address of the permit. This site should prob change to under construction.

I'm pretty sure next week is the ticket for opening it. It is complete other then the mistake the contractor did with the insulation and the Tesla Tech did charge at the charger already. i'm 99% sure it will be next week, early in the week. :)

So, Contractor back out working. Almost done with what the issue was. They apparently used the wrong type of insulation and needed to remove the spray on foam with whats on the bottom picture.
