So why wouldn’t Tesla do it? Why present a damaged car car as brand new. Why not just save themselves the issue/backlash and fix it before giving it to a customer. Why would they think it’s okay to present a damaged car to customer who ordered a brand new vehicle?

Yeah not quite the damage was between the double pane front windshield. Not sure this would be transport related or service. This is definitely a manufacturing error/Qa error.

I 100% I agree with you I thought by now they would have this issue resolved but it looks like is still relevant.
