    How to confirm arbitration opt out receipt?

    I sent two letters - one via regular mail and one via certified mail. The certified one was delivered weeks ago but Tesla is not picking it up from the PO Box. USPS is saying it will be returned this week if no one gets it. I presume the regular one made it just fine but I have no proof of this...

    I ordered another Tesla and the loot box says Model 3's qualify for 3.5k credits. Although I was logged in to my account, I paid with Apple Pay, and as some people may know after having done this, this will tie your whole order to your Apple Pay email and not your Tesla account.
