Extreme battery loss on Model 3 (˜10% per day) since 2023.20.4.1. Contacted service and told this is normal (more info below)

Here is the update a little over 1 week since the RCM got replaced: Car is now going to sleep without a problem and battery is draining less than 1% per day, sometimes even 0.0%. So issue is solved However, I Noticed that the car has been having some connectivity issues ever since the...

Update: the issue was not fixed, the car continues to drain 8-10% per day on idle and is not going to sleep. I’ve booked another service appointment and hope this time the RCM is replaced

here is an update, I’m currently taking an Uber back to pick up the car. Don’t know if this was a waste of time yet, but here we go. Last week when I was looking at the estimate, I saw that a restraint control module was listed as a replacement and was hopeful as another member here linked a...

Extreme battery loss on Model 3 (˜10% per day) since 2023.20.4.1. Contacted service and told this is normal (more info below)

The one problem is that Tesla service refuses to acknowledge the issue of the battery drain, as well as the autosteer/autopilot not working. I have an appointment early next week but don’t have much hope of them ‘seeing an issue’. Will keep this post updated

Yes I have, it is completely off. The screenshots show 0% from sentry and I confirmed it in the vehicle settings

I’ve tried charging from 50 to 70% and had the same problem unfortunately. I also uninstalled the tesla mobile app for a full day and the battery drain continued. At this point, just have to hope Tesla fixes this issue, but when the service team doesn’t even acknowledge the problem this might...

I mean, I would hope they would at least acknowledge that this is an issue and report it so it can get fixed. Because the only answer I get is 'this is normal' and there is no way to escalate it to the right team. Not sure if this information is being passed along if even tier 1 support can't...

New tesla model 3 RWD battery drain while parked problem and park assist unavailable

I'm experiencing the same issue, Autopilot and AutoSteer both were not able to be turned on and no cars were being shown by the cameras, only the road markings and signs. Was able to re-install the update using service mode and that fixed that. However, I'm having the exact same problem with...

Extreme battery loss on Model 3 (˜10% per day) since 2023.20.4.1. Contacted service and told this is normal (more info below)

Hey everyone, I'm sorry if this posts sounds negative but I'm currently frustrated with my car and the service provided by Tesla. Around June 26-27, I updated to 2023.20.4.1 on my 2023 Model 3 RWD and this is when I started experiencing some battery issues. Whenever the car is not being used...
