Yes front seats are exactly same but you sit higher in MY so the angle is more supportive of your thigh. I drive 90 kms one way so that could be the reason too. But based on what you have mentioned I think you will enjoy M3 more, the driving dynamics are just great.

No, from what I have read on this forum, the 0-60 is same but the power tapers down on the lower power car vs the US one so higher speeds and potentially range will deplete faster

I can switch one seat heaters via my app, it trigger the climate control along with seat heaters. Mine is a 2023 M3 LR. I would suggest you open a ticket with Tesla from the app.

If your corporation has enough credit history you may not need a co-signer but if it doesn’t then surely it would. So this will vary from corp to corp

I think a subscription based model keeps the stock market happy than a one time sale, so they just might keep the outright purchase option high making more and more people to subscribe

The actual subscription price is very reasonable compared to full price, even at 5 years of ownership with 60 months of subscription, one would only pay ~$6k (plus taxes) vs the full 16k.

I have HW3 in 2023 M3LR and have the trial, Elon I believe has categorically said that FSD needs to be work better with HW3 , infact I read somewhere that HW is also utlilizing FSD at a lower level of HW3 and not at its full potential

I believe you are referring to FSD changing lanes on it own, before making the actual change it prompts a message on screen with instructions on how to cancel the lane change, it’s usually by tapping the indicator stalk . Hope this helps

As the temperatures climb the car would often switch on air conditioning to keep the batteries cool(you can set a temperature in app for it to kick in). However this sounds weird I suggest you open a service request via app.

Do consider your height, Model3 with its internal dimensions while spacious can cause leg pain if you are tall (I am 5'10). The seats are super comfy but its basic science on how much of your thighs would be on the seat. So take a long test drive and see if its comfortable.
