I wouldn't buy any car (besides a Tesla) that wasn't a Toyota, Honda, or Mazda. It's amazing that after 100 years of automobile technology that a car can't be built to last a few 100,000 miles without major issues.

If Tesla wanted to save weight they would have made the battery smaller and not big with half of it empty.

I'm really liking the FSD the more I use it. A few hiccups here and there but I'm always prepared to take over. For some reason FSD doesn't see the big stop sign on a Farm to Market rd to my house. It will start braking a few hundred feet from the stop sign going from 65 mph to 0 mph.

The only way I can see Tesla could "fix" a panel gap is to reposition the door or hood or trunk so the gap is even on each side.

There are some that will abuse hospitality and feel it is their right to your possessions. As long as my hospitality isn't abused or help isn't reciprocated by a neighbor I have no issue helping.

It's an EV first. Truck second. Twice as long to charge as my Y. Can't tow more than 100 miles before charging. Twice as expensive as my Y. The biggest killer for me is the charging and costs.

Drove a 2005 Lexus LS430 for a few years and loved it. Test drove a Mercedes S class last year and it was silky smooth but the price, reliability, and functionality of the Tesla Y blows the Lexus and Mercedes out of the water.

What size is your puck that didn't fit? I have a LR Y Austin build (Sept 2023) and mine uses a 25 mm. I would be surprised if it changed to 20mm. It can only be either 20 mm or 25 mm.
