Even if I wanted to dig there are sewer and electrical services that go through the parking area in a way that won't permit the charger to be installed at the head of the parking area. This will be interesting to see as old New England homes (1800s) are condos handle this as I’m sure this...

That was the original plan but the electrical services for another unit run underneath the parking area. Plus is was like a 8k install to dig and lay cable.

Yes that’s what I intend to do:) sounds like I’ll need a second hook for the extension. Moving the charger closer isn’t an option since I have an assigned parking space and the closet wall/acess point is far away.

I hope, if they don’t incorporate CarPlay, that they make the ui easier to parse while driving. Larger cards during navigation, better timed audio prompts like in apple maps. Not having to reach across the entire screen to access your Apple Music library etc. I’m a recent convert to Apple Maps...

My guess is allowing car play would cut into the premium connectivity subscription. I miss CarPlay so much. Way more elegant and easy to parse directions, texts, info while driving. I'd gladly pay a extra if need be to have that incorporated. Or just get the software developers to make a more...
