Just to update (and thank you for the advice), Service Manager called me, I requested a buyback, he had me email him a formal request, and it was approved 3 weeks later. That's it. Thanks again.

Also, car has started making a gurgling sound every time I park that lasts a few seconds. Not sure if that's related to the "Power reduced" error. Almost sounds like thunder playing on an external speaker.

This is in addition to 5 attempts to fix the camera GPS issues that went on for months. Also, the Power Reduced error is certainly a safety issue, more so than the cameras and GPS not working. Car has been into service 6-7x in the first year.

Just to add to this, my computer was replaced when this started in October. Then went through several instances of losing cameras/gps, etc. which were restored through updates, hard resets. Then a few weeks ago updates and resets didn't do the trick, so they replaced the same computer again...

Yep. And try doing a road trip without gps and can’t get accurate suggestions from the computer on when to charge.

Yep. They replaced the computer for the second time. They did that the first time the issues started in October. Happened several times in between and they restored capability with resets/updates. This time they claimed there was corrosion found on the computer. Wild.

Service center updated firmware successfully with cameras and gps restored. At least until the next update…?

Was advised over the phone to go to service center to do the update there. Still stuck. Left car with them. Think this will now be the 4th attempt to fix this issue which has been off and on since October.

It’s not. Mine also has made dozens of attempts on this same update. Gets to 100%, but never gives option to install despite trying multiple networks with excellent signal.

Sounds about like our experience, plus computer replacement.

Had it return a few times. Hasn't come back in several weeks since latest update. Lots of threads now with these issues. Car Wash Mode was probably a coincidence, but definitely seemed to be software related.

My issues went away after getting 2023.38.9 to install. Then again, the issues went away with the update before that, only to return. :/

Yes, several threads regarding this issue. Replacing computer did not fix the issue for me. Software updates helped for a few days, then issues returned. Will see if latest update does the trick.

2023.38.9 finally installed successfully after a couple attempts. GPS, cameras, etc. restored. Of course, last update also "restored" this, just to have it fail again a week later.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. So tempted to do this right now before the snow falls, but not sure there's much market for used OEM tires. My MYP only has 7K miles on it, so trying to convince myself I might as well get as many miles as I can out of them before making the switch.

Thanks, I see it on page 16. But, it's a RWD Y (not MYP) and has a lift kit with spacers. Would love to see an MYP running them without a lift if it exists.

Yeah, this is weird. I've been on 2023.32.9 for at least a couple weeks. Just went out to install the update, and noticed it's the exact same version. Not sure why the same version was downloaded and needs to be installed (again).

Yes, they replaced computer, and issues returned a few days later. Took it back to service center. They kept it for a week, and did nothing but reset 12V. Claimed it's fine now. We'll see. Car now shows update available. Not sure why they didn't install that before having me pick it up.

Yep. Worked twice on mine, but many times it did not. Car has been back in shop for the 3rd repair attempt for almost a week now.

Interesting. Dropped mine off today (computer was replaced last week for these issues, only to return). Asked if they didn't think it was a firmware issue or if they've had other vehicles with same symptoms lately. "nope"

Did anything seem to trigger it? I've also noticed this time around, regenerative braking is reduced with notification. Service appointment tomorrow.

Fun. And...my issues are back after replacing computer a few days ago. Went out to MYP this morning to a notification asking me to connect to wifi (which was already set up) and a message saying a tire was flat and to pull over safely (all tires are fine). Cameras and nav inoperable again.
