How come when I asked for the log and notification, he said, he does not have it as they are in the car? I post this is to get opinion from fellow Tesla owner. The car is only 1 month old with 223 miles. Build date is Dec 2023. Did I get a bad or lemon car?

The technician told me they can only see the log when they pull it from the car system.

Mine happened the same thing. 2023 MYLR with 112 miles on it. I had to turn off the wifi and disconnect from the LTE, then I connect to my phone HotSpot. After connecting to hotspot the GPS worked. After a few minutes, I disconnect with the hotspot and reconnect to LTE and now its working again.

Did you replace it with the same plastic OEM parts or you changed it to metal skid plate?

I went to Tesla Burbank and check other new MY and 7 out of 8 MY they have the same roof and rear glass with either one side or the middle is higher.

@ghsnick! did you get the delivery and same car? I got my car last Saturday with the same glass issue. Mine is Dec2023 Built / Freemont. Another issue I have was the glove box. The middle portion was not flushed.
