I just arrived in Ireland driving all the way from Switzerland with my P85D. So far I had no issues. To charge I use CHADEMO mostly with the tesla Adaptor..

I also felt some slight improvement but I do have a new issue that TACC turns off without notice while coming to a stop. I assume this is more like a hardware issue as I've seen the error message "both pedals pressed " just after acceleration

They told me that at this point they can not confirm or rule out that the automated chargeport will/can be retrofitted.

I also took delivery of my P85D about two weeks ago in switzerland of course with the same frustrating experience regarding the charge port. However the rest of the car was close to flawless and had much improved since the beginning and also since my last delivery of the P85+ one year ago...

Yep, Mine was build by end of jan, according to the sticker it had when delivered to the tesla center..

Got my P85D yesterday as planned!! deliver was in Switzerland/Winterthur where they had to deliver more than 30 cars at once where they normally deliver about 1-3 a day I guess ;). So everything happened at a special place (small castle) but due to very stormy weather I was more worried about...

my delivery date is now confirmed @ 31st March in Switzerland / Winterthur. Anyone else picking up their P85D then?

Tesla just called me yesterday. My delivery-date in Switzerland is set by 31 March.. they will have open till 24.00 on that day for sure to deliver what they can. Still it is not clear if my car is going to make it by the 31st as it is still in transition... lets hope for the best anyone else...

Ahh, retrofit of autoclose charge port saved my day... Please paste your confirmation if they give you one. ..small feature but I forgot to close it for so many times ;)

I'm going to take my P85D to the race track in late april. Lets see how that goes...but first it must arrive here in switzerland!

I asked about both options, but neither they confirmed.. Eventually I just like a adapter which will work in Europe. So how can I get this ordered?

Thanks for the great review. Does someone of you know if this adapter would work in Europe as well? Tesla told me that they don't think it works and we have to wait until it will be available.. (no availability date yet)

Mine should arrive also in March (1st half) in Zurich Switzerland. next-gen seats have been confirmed (they called upfront)

Mine just jumped to Production Complete! VIN: 69645 (no access to spreadsheet for update at this point)
