FWIW, I've stopped in Bridgeport at least a dozen times to charge my non-Tesla. It's a good location and works well. Rivian has a location going in at Lee Vining. They will supposedly be opened up to non-Rivians by the end of the year. Sonora will be a good location too.

Looks like Tesla itself is now listing used Model 3s in 'Inventory' under the $25k mark, which in the case of pre-2023 models makes them eligible for the $4k tax rebate. Does anybody have experience dealing with Tesla to get this rebate? As I understand it, the dealer (Tesla in this case)...
