Used Clean Vehicle Credit (Federal $4k) for Inventory vehicles?

Looks like Tesla itself is now listing used Model 3s in 'Inventory' under the $25k mark, which in the case of pre-2023 models makes them eligible for the $4k tax rebate.

Does anybody have experience dealing with Tesla to get this rebate? As I understand it, the dealer (Tesla in this case) submits the paperwork, and deducts the $4k at time-of-purchase. Would like to understand if that is in fact possible here.
