Which is pretty ridiculous given how long the part has been available, and how dead simple it is to do it yourself. I upgraded mine 8 months ago and I wasn't even one of the early ones.

I wasn't sure - I did count 20+ original spaces in aerial photos, but the stall width might add to the space width since they're head-in, and the covered hardware in the center of the row is unclear if that is more stalls or something else, can't tell due to the shallow angle of the photo.

This is funny, this little side lot is exactly where I parked in mid-June while my wife went in to get coffee during our last Route 66 trip to the Roadfest in Tulsa.

It was maybe 30 minutes after the software reinstall finished when I posted, and it had not yet enabled for me then. So I headed to bed and by the time I got up about 4 hours later it had caught up and I was able to order.

For those of you who did your own upgrade, how long before the Tesla web store allowed you to order the CCS adapter? Or did you get it some other way?

This location now shows up in the Tesla app! Although strangely it says at this moment, "1 of 40 stalls available". Which is clearly not correct if it is fully functional - all other stations in the area are about 90% empty right now.

I drove by yesterday afternoon. The asphalt paving appeared finished but there was no striping yet. Some chargers are covered, and others are uncovered. There was a white Model S on site checking it out when I passed by about 4:30 pm.

I knew Tesla was doing some pre-assembly of entire stalls on a base, but this looks like perhaps entire units of 4 stalls plus cabinet!

Pics of some fencing today. Mis Pinches Tacos is evidently open during construction according to the sign, but there are fenced-off areas on both sides of their driveway, taking the majority of their parking lot. Enter here. But, the permit did say 40 superchargers.

qwert, this location is actually down at Cajon Junction on your map. Phelan is just the mailing address 'town' for that road. This location on Wagon Train Rd. is a neat location but also a dead-end with a very busy 4-way stop to access it. Traffic is not great through there.
