I have noticed the big difference in wh/mile (even after discounting for 22" tires) between Model S and my Model X under the same driving conditions. I have not seen wh/mile average below 398 even driving very gently at 2600 miles so far. I wonder whether MX batteries are different than MS.

@NCEP: so what was that hissing noise? I do hear a noise like that coming under passenger side. It is heard for few minutes to hours even after vehicle is parked in the garage and/or during battery charging. It is very annoying.

Hi @goneskiian, it looks like 22" is not at all helping with wh/mile average and i hear lot of tire noise. I wonder whether i can use my 22" wheels for 20" Michelin or Goodyear. Thanks.

Check out this FWD snapping noise. I had heard this snapping noise once during a tight parking within two weeks/500 miles of MX purchase. @KZKZ - you are correct. Lot of things should have been caught at the factory before vehicle is delivered to the customer.

Thank you @Pandamoanium. That is exactly the type of noise I hear on my MX. SC recently put new sensors on my FWD, but snapping noise like yours is heard albeit little less loud than yours.

Many of you live in hot/cold/hilly areas and still manage to get 320 to 340 wh/mile average on your MX. I have been struggling to get lower than 400 wh/mile on street or highway speed limit driving in a 90 degree Texas' flat roads. Note i have about 1050 miles on my MX with 22" onyx black...

Yes they did give me a MS loaner. However, NO luck on fixes as SC said parts are on order, but no ETA available. So I am picking up my vehicle without a FWD fix. I had several issues that needed to be fixed and will find out how many of them are truly done when I pick up MX soon.
