Drivers hogging the supercharger space without charging
Hey guys. I saw this car in the Elements mall in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Is there any proper protocol for reporting these drivers so Tesla will charge them idling fee s or something? They are hogging the space without charging, presumably so they Can “cut the queue” when they come back from shopping! -

Not sure if this has been answered already, but I have a new Model S, which does not have the black plastic "nose cone" cowl. Where is the best place to put the autotoll transponder? I stuck it on the windshield as suggested by the Tesla store personnel, but 9/10 times it does not register...
