I just applied last week Thursday when I found out my delivery date had been pushed up a week. It was very quick.

About the MVPA... Tesla just completed mine about an hour ago and I'm picking up in Marietta on Thursday 9/22. The Alliant rep told me that the docs could be signed the morning of delivery and we'd still be okay.

Thanks! They also gave me the option of 9/28 and 9/29 but of course those are early dismissal days and I didn't want to take the chance of not making it back home in time to meet my kiddos. ATL traffic around noon? Fuggedaboutit :eek: So 9/30 it was. :D

Congrats! 3 weeks to GA and FL is the norm if the X is coming by train. My DS mentioned that he's been seeing a lot of truck deliveries lately which of course cuts down transit time considerably.

I think it varies based on configuration and availability of parts. I've seen some in production for only 3 days and some for almost a month. My X went into production on August 19th and its still there. My substitute DS said that it should be done by the end of the week. We shall see....

Wow, my installer wants $250 per seat for a seven seater. I thought that was a little much but now I know it is. Time to find another installer.
