I have XPEL ultimate fusion on my front bumper, but I find it has a bit of swirls compared to regular XPEL Ultimate. But you would only notice this on a darker car. I find it "mildly" hydrophobic. Nothing really crazy in terms of water beading.

For the Michelin CrossClimate 2, wouldn't the 245/45R20 have a closer sidewall height to the stock tires that go on the induction wheels (255/40R20)? But I see everyone online keeps installing the higher 255/45R20 which Costco won't install because it is 3% higher and may throw off the speedometer.

Oh sorry. Mine is on a Model Y. Well if you already tried to fit it up and down, left and right, then you've already explored all options. Mine happened to fit 100% perfectly. No gap whatsoever. But I've heard others needing to use some black silicone to fill the gap.

Sorry, I disagree with the prior posts. This is called a "fish eye" and is caused by a piece of dirt that lands in the clear coat during the paint process. As long as the defect is near the surface, and experienced detailer should know how to polish it down without burning through the clear...

What kind of needle are you referring to? So you just filled the gap between the spoiler and the trunk with black silicone? Maybe a picture might help.

I ordered May 7 and my car was built Aug 12. Delivery was Aug 19. Basically my car was perfect except for a very small rock chip on the hood and a scratch on the rear plastic wheel well. All panels were in perfect alignment. Interior was flawless.

I got the blue button literally the day after my car was manufactured. That gives you an indication of the timing.
