Rattle noise coming from front Air Suspension (2017-18)

I have a 75D build date 8/2016 and it has the rattle noise ... Going to SC mid-October to try to fix this (and other pending issues under Warranty).

    Software Update 2018.14

The car received 4,5GB of data yesterday, but i'm still in 2018.6.1 and didn't get any notice of update available in the past 24 hours. So i'm thinking that i got the European maps downloaded, and just waiting for Tesla to release the 2018.14 update to my car and afterwards enabling the European...

    Hello, rear radar :-)

Given the fact that Tesla uses Bosch as the front radar I would assume that (if) they would use the "rear" version of the radar: REAR VERSION: Mid-range radar sensor (MRR rear) FRONT (LONG RANGE ~250meters) VERSION: Long-range radar sensor From the pictures I would say that it's indeed...

    Uncorking official for most 75Ds!

Exactly what happened to me a couple of days ago with Tesla on the phone. Although mine is not uncorked yet. It’s scheduled to be done while on the SC for the anual service next January... but they did pull the car logs to say it can be uncorked. If it works it will be a cool New Years present

    Uncorking official for most 75Ds!

Got confirmation that my 75D (Vin:153xxx - Sept 2016) is not eligible for uncorking. Reason: "your car doesn't meet the HW specs"... I can't believe that others with lower(earlier) VINs were eligible ... makes no sense ...

    Uncorking official for most 75Ds!

I got a "your car currently shows as non-elegible. But call in 2 weeks ... maybe it will be updated". Portugal, 75D, Vin:153xxx, delivered Sept2016. Hope that this is a phased roll-out that will hit Europe sometime soon ...

    "12V Power Low" - 2 month old S 75D and living 1200km/750miles from service center ...

I'm sorry to hear that! In my case it was a "faulty harness for a temperature sensor inside the battery pack". Which meant that Tesla had to install a loaner battery pack in my (brand new!) car while my battery pack was shipped to the Tilburg (Netherlands) factory for them to repair/fix it...

    Firmware 8.0

Just had this today (first time since delivery in Oct 2016) in a 4 lane highway while driving on the 2nd line from the right.Cresting a hill and slight turning to the left... The car just went crazy and moved to the 3rd and part of the 4th lane (to the left). I had to take over the steering and...

    Firmware 8.0

I have AP1 (HW1) and running 2.52.22. This release "dances" a lot ... really a lot !! And it's in plain highways (European 2 or 3 lanes each direction with divider) The previous versions were a lot smoother. Anyone else seeing this behaviour ?

    Firmware 8.0

No I didn't. I did email to that address and got .... no answer :) But I do now have a bigger problem to solve as my 6 weeks old 75D just had a major fault with the battery pack which needs to be repaired/replaced. And living 1200km from the closest SC makes everything worse... But I would...

    "12V Power Low" - 2 month old S 75D and living 1200km/750miles from service center ...

Last Friday I got the above 6 errors when entering my car in the morning ... Car wouldn't start or move! After 1 hour wait, 2 resets and 1 shutdown and powerup cycle, the car worked normally. After a short commute the car repeated the same thing... Now Service is telling me that there is an...

    Firmware 8.0

Hi @Alex D , Thanks! But that works in the "navigate->recent (or favourites)" lists. What I'm looking for is how to delete the "visited chargers" list which you display buy pressing the "chargers" view button (the one on the bottom right corner/side on the map app with the bolt sign) I want to...

The map you refer to is the current open SuperChargers. You need to look at: Supercharger | Tesla Europe and then click on "2016" (on the top part of the map). There you will see the planned/future SuperChargers. You always need to charge at home overnight. The problem with using a normal EU...

I don't know the exact locations where the superchargers will be. Just what is pinned at tesla.com. #1 where the A1,A25 highways meet #2 where the A2,A6,A13 highways meet #3 near A22 near Faro I know that everything regarding the permits/licences/government approvals is already taken care. Also...

Olá @andrerodpt , I choose to order directly with Tesla. Although you are correct as they are great ambassadors for EV's in general, my interaction with Zeev was not completely satisfying: - they kept pushing the 90D because of the greater autonomy (although I cannot justify the ~+50km for...

Olá @JoaoD , For the model 3 you don't need to make those calculations because by then Tesla will have it's own sales office in Portugal. For your information they have just nominated a General Manager for Portugal and Spain (Jorge Milburn) and he has already started recruting for the sales...

As everyone else: www.tesla.com (and choosing "other EU" as the country) You can also order via a third-party trader that handles all the transport/registration issues and also offers leasing options... @Atlantis : I bought it directly with Tesla. Actually I did a test-drive in Berlin and then ordered online. Since the beginning of 2016 Tesla Tilburg doesn't allow you to pick-up and drive. You need to arrange a transport to Portugal. I did choose "RodoCargo" which is extremely professional and...
