Were you paired with other drivers? This could be totally normal behavior for a v2 supercharger. NOTE: the stalls are numbered 1A 2A 3A 4A 1B 2B 3B 4B at this location so they are not paired with the immediately adjacent stalls.

Honestly it doesn't sound that bad given that you all are driving a major highway with few charging options at a time when half the country is driving the same highway to get to the eclipse. I mean you knew all of this going into it right?!? Right?!?
