    Coronavirus

Sadly, as everyday shows us, you're right! You're also being very kind by calling people who kill people (even through incompetence) clowns. This involves more than just incompetence. As of 8/22/20, America had 176,000+ Covid deaths in just 6 months. Many are still having hellacious...

Be aware! Missing Control Arm Nut: Potential Safety Issue

Thanks for the info about their suspensions. Haven't noticed it yet, but will definitely keep it in mind. I, too, am disappointed by the Tesla deficiences (along w/ Elon's sometimes stupid words/actions), but on the other hand I know that what they have done has been basically a...

Be aware! Missing Control Arm Nut: Potential Safety Issue

NOT to excuse Tesla, but it seems that lots of car companies have issues--airbags w/ shrapnel, and so many other issues. When our RDX was very new, the electronic power steering went out all of sudden. Glad I was driving and not my wife who would have been scared to death. Took several trips...

Blog Tesla Will Move HQ Out of California After Fight Against Health Order

PRETTY SURE YOU'D REALLY HATE GERMANY GIVEN YOUR HATRED OF CALIFORNIA. WE HAVE 40 MILLION PEOPLE IN CALIFORNIA AND WE ALL NEED TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO LIVE TOGETHER THAT IS HEALTHY AND FAIR FOR ALL. THE HARD PART FOR SO MANY IS THAT INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM IS INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL TO POPULATION...

Blog Tesla Will Move HQ Out of California After Fight Against Health Order

Germany - a paragon of corporate welfare? LOL. Germany has FAR stricter (environmental, worker) regulations than California. They even have GASP socialized medicine! German corporations even frequently (always?) have a worker on the board! Elon has done some great things, but he's also...

    Coronavirus

    * * * I GREATLY admired Musk's efforts to help the kids, but why would a great leader get into an "8th grade name calling" rant with some largely unknown guy who had offended him? Did Musk really need to do that? What did Musk gain?

    Coronavirus

I love what Musk and his team have accomplished w/ EVs, solar, boring and his hyperloop proposal, etc. I'm also VERY much in favor of space exploration by robots, but really disappointed by his preference to spend billions/trillions building colonies on such a deadly and awful place like Mars...

    Lucid Air Motor

What I'm particularly curious about is Lucid's motor. How is it so more efficient? Anybody know of any plans by Tesla to make their motors more efficient in order to catch or surpass Lucid's motor? If so, I wonder whether Tesla/3rd party will also offer more efficient motors for older...

    Lucid Air Motor

The new Lucid Air motor sounds very impressive compared to Tesla--lower weight and far more HP. Anybody know what Tesla has planned to compete? I LOVE my Model 3!

My Tesla buying/servicing/after sale support experience

We rejected two M3s before we took the 3rd. LOVE the car! Wasn't clear to me whether Tesla would rotate the tires for free or not. They ended up coming to my house and didn't even charge me! Super nice guy did the work! Got rear ended at a light a week after we got the car. :-( (Driver...

Blog Tesla Delivered a Record 112,000 Cars in Q4

Teslas aren't perfect, but they're pretty incredible! It's a shame that Tesla doesn't have greater resource$. What they've done is truly amazing--especially with no traditional advertising! The other automakers should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to build so many inferior...

    Blog Tesla Posts Q3 Profit

AND w/ no conventional advertising! Love my M3--130mpg, great 0-60 and 5 star safety, no tune-ups, etc., etc.! Only thing that would be better is living in a place where I wouldn't need an expensive car at all!

Blog Bollinger Turns the Renderings Into Reality

Why are these tall/militaristic/macho/non-aerodynamic (negative impact on energy usage) designs so popular? Seems that they could cause serious/deadly problems for regular sedans in a crash.

    Price Drop $1,100

I bought my 3 because it's an AMAZING car and there's NOTHING like it. We have ~12 years to try to really slow global warming and this car at 130MPGe (plus 5 star safety rating and amazing performance) is at least a step towards making this happen. Sorry, to see Tesla have to drop prices...

Electric Pickup Roundup: Musk Says Tesla Truck 'Not Like Anything Else'

How do regular car occupants (including those in Tesla sedans/SUVs) survive a crash with one of these? What need are they fulfilling?

No Advertising Required: Tesla Model 3 #1 In Revenue On Its Own

I wish more people cared about the Model 3's amazing sustainability--130 MPGe! Maybe that helps explain why a huge number of buyers are former Prius owners.

    Tesla "advertising"

Thanks! Hoping that "130 MPGe" might also help sell some Bolts which would be good for our degrading environment.

    Tesla "advertising"

Sorry, but not understanding what "no gaps" means.

    Tesla "advertising"

As an enthusiastic new 3 owner, I'd like to help spread the word about the car's mileage. Anybody know of a sticker or license plate holder, or ____ that says, ~ "130 MPGe"? I think most people would be shocked to learn that. Might help sell some more EVs.

Hi, Change (or should I say charge?) the future with your amazing car! On the morning of 3/3/11, Willow Glen High School will be having a Career Day which will involve many professionals from a wide range of fields briefly talking to students about their careers. Tesla is expecting to send a...
