Does the current refreshed 90D have secret capacity up to a 100D?

It is likely that the 90D is software restricted for newly ordered Teslas. There is only a gap of $5000 between a 90D and 100D. The gap between a 90D ordered in 2016 to 100D is $10000. So likely something has caused a rise in price of $5000 on the 90D. They were alllowing P90D's to upgrade...

Is the extended warranty worth it?

Did you have that happen too? My Master charge unit died as well. From experience you are dead in the water when that happens.

Is the extended warranty worth it?

It is a lot to pay for that. However keep in mind they sort of have leverage on you with that drive train and charge system. I once thought I could not have problems with the car until I got stranded at a super charge station because my car wouldn't charge. Apparently my on board charger...

    Tesla Can't Find My Car

I wouldn't pay for a car that was not delivered. For there to be a contract you have to have made good. For them to charge you for nondelivery is not enforceable by the courts. They have not performed on the contract (purchase) so you don't have to pay. With their customer service I am not...

Pricing of options, I hope the Model 3 is reasonable.

From my experience the options are indeed over priced. The customoer service is also pretty bad too. They don't seem to have any loyalty to their customers. Arrogance is starting to seep through their dealings with their customers. I had to wait 3 days to get my tires changed.

    Range at sustained high speeds

The drag coefficient of the car at high speeds is velocity squared so the air is pushing back harder on the car at higher speeds. At those speeds you will eat your range. Gas cars are the same way. Force of drag=coefficient X (density X Velocity squared )/2 X reference area

Picked Up The New P100D Today....Have Some Questions

Tesla has some very advanced diagnostics onboard. Generally if there is a problem the car will tell you. That sound after you exit the car sounds like the cut off switch or e brake engaging. Congrats on the P100D.

Anyone with condo buidling electical knowledge, please chime in...

Oh. The TOU by Edison is not that much of a problem if it is only $5. In Canada specificially Ontario they rip us off up here. They charge $50 smart meter charge and then delivery. However if you get a dedicated line out of your panel then that should do the trick. Ontario is just pain...

Dryer line is about 1/4 cost of that 125 amp line and it is easier to run. Get the BX cable on that too. This is the armoured cable.

I have had a Tesla dual charger installed at home so I think I can help you here a bit. You don't need a 125 amp line installed. The dual charger required a 100 amp line. A dual charger can do about 80-90 km/h of charge provided your car can handle that. For this you would need to purchase a...
