Tesla's CPO price is also increased due to the 4 year additional warranty... that in no means justifies the lowball offer on a 2 year old car that still has2 years of full warranty on it
Here is a summary of what the group has provided as options. The combination of them appear to give ample resources to cover verifying all options:
Using the VIN, call a Tesla Service Center and ask specific questions. They are not supposed to freely give out information, but can answer...
I do understand, and agree, but I'd most likely looking at at least another year to get that unless I bought a salvaged title car. If I wait a year who knows what will change and I may miss my window
Oh yeah I've included the gas savings. I'm plotting to use every possible spare dollar to get the car of my adult dreams. My 13 year old self now knows how impractical a Lamborghini is :)
I may need to hire you to help me conduct the search. You're selling me pretty well on the 2013s. I wasn't aware of the extended leather and reinforced bumper enhancements. Looks like i have a lot more research to do. I'm still waiveribg over dual chargers and cold weather packages.
Thank you for the tip. I'm leaning in the CPO direction as well since the $5k difference is basically the cost of the 4 yr ESA. BUT, still trying to evaluate all options to bring this in on budget. My wife is already not thrilled at the idea of a $50k car :(
From what I can tell, most are coming in around $5k less than CPO, but I'm still trying to gather enough information to really know that for sure. Not many new ones are posted regularly.
I'm focusing on a 2014 s85 RWD (ideally blue) bc I read on here the production issues persisted through...
Excited newbie here who can't wait to join the steaks owner community. I'm on a budget though, so I have to find a decent deal on a 2014. So I'm skimming eBay, auto trader, cars.com... etc.
Unless a private owner is posting the vehicle, rarely does the listing accurately state the options on...
Congrats on the sale and to the lucky new owner for getting an awesome car.
Can you provide some information on the cool badges you had installed? Are they aftermarket badges, or just paint/wrap of current badges?
That's the plan. As soon as the annual bonus comes in so the loan isn't so painful. Four years I've been waiting and it may soon be a reality... just not soon enough to help you out.
Thank you, sir, for your dedicated work! I hope to buy a CPO in June so I soon will be a premium member. Way to find a great way to share your passion with the world.
What is delivery like on a CPO? I assume not as fancy (swag and what not) as a new car.
Do they force you to make the purchase in the state where the car currently resides? Or will the purchase occur at your local service center (so taxes can be factored into the loan)?
The ONLY way I can get...
Did you buy through the site or did your rep find the car for you? I fear they tightly control what shows up on the site as it sets the benchmark for other cars to be sold, i.e. They intentionally prove them high on the site and don't plan to sell them so that the unlisted cars looks like better...
Hello all, new member here and not yet a Tesla owner. A new model S is out of my price range, so I'm looking at the Tesla pre-owned route. I would assume that delivery process is not as grand as the new vehicle deliveries. Does anyone have experience with a pre-owned delivery? Or point me to...
