It's one of the older ones out there. There were 81 SCs in the whole world when EC went online. That said there are others about that era that don't seem so bad. I'm hoping one in Menom, and a "good enough" one in EC doesn't preclude ever opening a V3 somewhere in EC.

Also though I'm from Eau Claire originally and visit often I imagine they're a pain for travelers because they're one of the oldest chargers, which means on top of being slower, they're the quintessential "people are going to want to have stuff to do while they wait" chargers. AKA, 5-8 minutes...
