    3.0 upgrade- does it effect acceleration?

    I own an original very orange roadster. I only have 5,000 miles on it, I am contemplating the 3.0 upgrade to retain the value of the car. I am concerned that it might effect acceleration. Tesla is not able to answer this question. Any answers here? Thank you! G
