You want a home charger. Unless you can charge at work. Time is money and you won't want to be spending 20-30 minutes at the supercharger all the time. Trust me, gets old fast. Plug in at your house, wake up in the morning full charge. Super nice.

In my experience with margin calls, most brokerages do not carry you over the weekend or holiday. They will make the trade for you in the last hour before a weekend or holiday... might add some upside into the close.

That's my theory about very low inventory levels. Tesla knows once the news of this bill possibly passing, sales will stop in the USA until it does become law. So no dead inventory. Replenish once law is passed.
