I'm not sure we can infer that. 7 for each time spot could mean they have 14 parallel deliveries going, each taking 30 minutes. And they just stagger them so the waiting room doesn't get overrun.

When I placed my order on May 6 it asked for my postal code, and the website gave me the option of delivery in Oakville or at the International Centre. I picked International Centre.

That seems quite possible, otherwise a bunch of Canadian deliveries might get pushed into the next quarter.
