    I just put snow tires on last Friday and immediately noticed decreased regen same as OP describes. Maybe for some reason you didn't pick up on the decrease the first week you were riding the new tires? Just a thought.

    Does voice command feature work for anyone? particularly for maps?

    The car does not understand "give me directions to". The manual specifically says "Navigate to" or "Drive to". When you do not start with those words, it doesn't know what to do.
