Factory 22" vs. aftermarket for MX

I switched to OEM 22"s a week after delivery. They are easy to find and cheaper than aftermarket and in my opinion look better than current aftermarket offerings although heavier. The 22" wheels are a great upgrade but you will have to be very aware of your surroundings i.e.; curbs, potholes etc...

My thoughts on newly upgraded 22" Pirelli upgrade from Conti 20's.

mid 400's for now and hope bring that number down by really focusing on riding habits.Definitely more expensive to ride this car with the 22's as said previously many times.

My thoughts on newly upgraded 22" Pirelli upgrade from Conti 20's.

This topic probably discussed before but here goes anyway: I'm a sports car guy and definitely prefer this new set up.This car is my wife's daily driver but I get to drive it on weekends lol. The ride quality is about same. The road noise about the same(The tires are "noise cancelling") The...

I know I am used to an Escalade but...

I love my wife's new X but the ONLY complaint I have is the road noise which I feel was overlooked by the engineers in the design process, The Escalade is many things, not all great but the Cabin is completely silent due to special sealing around all the openings(a Cadillac trademark)

I know I am used to an Escalade but...

Yeah I am expecting that, but the 20's with Continentals should be quiet, There is no excuse for such road noise with that set up.

I know I am used to an Escalade but...

On some highway surfaces the road noise on the 20" continentals are loud. I am switching to 22"s with new Pirellis next week and am hoping for a quieter ride.

What to get for best range? 19" 20" 21"

If I had to do it all over again, I would have put the money towards forged aftermarket 22s, many of which are lighter than even the 20s. I might eventually go that route. For comparison: Unplugged forged 22" are $7995 vs $2750 that I paid for the Tesla TURBINE 22"s used but mint.

What to get for best range? 19" 20" 21"

I just bought the 22" wheel set up to replace the 20".Our X will mostly be driven around town less than 50 miles per day with the occasional 200 mile overnight road trip to Orlando. Im new to the EV world, Should the efficiency decrease concern me at all with the switch to 22"s? I too may keep...
