Yeah, there's no way that V3 was ever limited to 350A; that's more in line with V2 (350A * ~419V = ~150kW; 250kW would require ~714V).

From the shot I saw of the badges on the side of the cabinets (which I can't find now… it might have been in one of Branden Flasch's videos), they're the same as V3 – 1000V on the DC bus between cabinets, but 500V max to the dispensers.

Yeah, it was less about the capabilities of the chargers (whether cabinetry or dispensers) and more about the physical size of the boxes in which they're shipped – V3 being ~6', V4 being closer to 7; those boxes appear to be the latter (assuming the fence is 6' – perhaps a poor assumption)...

Only the Model S gained efficiency when switching to the dual-motor, and they did so by halving (or so) the size(/power) of the rear motor; both the 3 and Y are less efficient in their AWD configurations (and we've never seen a RWD X – out of the factory, at least).
