Just to put a wrench in the mix, I live inToronto, so similar weather, we have a 2017 Model X 75D with a range of 381 km (236 miles) when new, now 370 km (230 miles) now at 48,000 km (roughly 30k miles) so very similar range to the Model 3 SR+ and it has not been a problem. We charge it at home...

I had a screw in the front tire of my X in 2017. Plugged it, no issues for the last two years and 30k km since then. The tires are getting evenly worn and will eventually need changing soon but not because of that screw!

With such a low VIN number you have a first run Model 3 likely built in the fall of 2017 with HW 2.5, MCU2 and EAP (enhanced auto pilot) and no FSD unless it was purchased by the previous owner. You should be able to find that on your account page. Enjoy your new ride!

I find the trafic maps invaluable. The music streaming is also very nice to have. I never have to touch my phone and and have no buyers regret at all. And... I paid more than that a year ago. I’ve totally enjoyed every minute!

You should definitely question the exchange rate and Tesla has in the past made adjustment to pricing in accordance with exchange rate, faster than other car manufacturers. You are also forgetting that the LR AWD also comes with a bigger battery and therefore better range (525 km vs 386 km)...

I don’t understand why you would need more than one? When I change my tires/wheel, I do it one wheel at a time, so I only need one Jack Pad to do all four wheels, right! Please enlighten me if I’m missing something here?

Our Cockapoo (Elvis) loves ridding in the X. On trips to the cottage, he sleeps quietly in his bed on the floor as it is a very smooth and quiet ride for him. He stands guard in it when we do errands. He loves the dog mode as well.

Most supercharging stations have one or two side facing chargers that you can drive forward into and thus permitting you to charge with a trailer still attached. Like on the picture attached.

I just had the same issue with my 2017 MX75D with 41K km on it (but only about 8-9K km on the original Continental tires). My rear driver’s side tire developed a very mild bulge on the outside side wall and within a week, I had a blow out at low speed. I did not hit a curb, a pothole or debris...

We have two Teslas and only one wall charger. We really only charge each car about once a week, maybe twice a week in the really cold winter months in Canada. So we have found no need for more than the one charger to fill our needs. Good luck with your purchase. We love our cars!

The 85 is a no brainer over the 60. Absolutely no contest here. It will have more range, charge faster and degrade slower, proportionally. It will also be faster !!! Enjoy your new car!

So how come I now have sentry mode on my 2017 HW2 MCU1 MX75D. What the point if it doesn’t record?

The Fairview Mall supercharger shows limited service this morning on the MCU map. Perhaps because they are finishing it up, hopefully painting some badly needed parking lines. I was there just last night and charged successfully.

On any given day perhaps but not for ever and ever with no price changes. That’s unrealistic in a free open market situation

We also noted improvement in navigation accuracy after receiving 2019.12.1.1 last week on our 2017 MX 75D.

I got 111 kw charge rate on my 2017 MX 75D this past weekend after getting the 2019.12.1.1 sometime last week. That the highest rate I’ve ever seen. The battery was warm and down to 15% SOC and the weather was nice.

We drove our LR-RWD Model 3 all of last winter with 4 winter tires and it was absolutely fine. No issues whatsoever.
