Happened to me today. Battery charge @ 60%. Ambient Temp 64 deg F. 'Regenerative Braking' set for standard. Tried toggling between 'standard' and 'low' several times to no effect. Can't think of any other reason for Regen braking being limited....

For what it's worth... Checked 'official' Tesla Supercharger map. Nashville Supercharger site is still projected to "complete in Summer 2018". Technically, they still have 3 days to get it done.;)

Ticobird: Saw your recent post @ downtown Nashville SC discussion, noted North Alabama location and figured you probably had usage of the Athens site, We had been charging there on the return leg of our frequent Huntsville trips; but have now switched to the Manchester TN site since its opening...

Maybe that's why it took so long to get the site "on-line". Seven months from first sighting that appeared to be 'completed'. (See post#1)... Charged there three times this month (July). Frequent trips to and from Huntsville are a bit longer, but it solves the "where to charge" issue better...

Charged twice on recent trip to Raleigh and back. Very pleased. As fast, or faster, than any SC I've used yet. Also very popular (charge speed may be why) with numerous other Teslas, including my first Model 3 "in the wild", both stops. Also enjoyed Sheetz 2 for a $1 hot dogs both stops.

Charged @ Cookeville 7/29 with my Model S 100D... Disappointed at the relatively slow charging speed. (Although, I've been to a couple or three that were even much slower.)... Started at near full rate, but quickly dropped to 70 KW, then less. Moved to a different slot with no better results...

Just checked the 'official' Tesla supercharger map. It does not yet show the site as "active"... Here are the details specified: "10 Superchargers, available 24/7, up to 72kW". So, apparently 72 KW it is... Disappointing.

Yes, there can be "permit" delays, as well as other 'construction related' delays.... But we are discussing a site on which 'construction' was (apparently) COMPLETED several months ago. (As was also the case with the aforementioned Beckley site). It would seem all "permits" have been granted...

Thanks for contacting Tesla.... Maybe we'll find out why it's not operational... I mentioned the 'problem' with the Manchester charger at the Brentwood Tesla Store. Their answer was "possibly Dunkin' Donuts had reneged on their agreement with Tesla."
