I’m still dealing with this. 2017 model x and Dolby resets to off every time I stop driving. What’s the point of having it if I have to remember to put it on every time.

I have that exact model. First set up was a pain for me but I suck with this stuff so that's probably why. Once it was put together, it was perfect. I highly recommend but I have no other experience so take that with a grain of salt...

A lot of cars come with this now. It already has an LTE connection so all it has to do is broadcast it. I was disappointed when I found it doesn’t, I assumed it would.

My experience exactly. I use parralel parking whenever it gives the option (mine doesn't very often and thats super annoying) but never use perpendicular. It takes SOOOO long, I feel like a total A hole for anyone that has to wait so I just do it myself.

It was 8 hours so lot of it was sitting. I looked and my lifetime average is around 500 wh/mi, I take advantage of the ludicrous mode (not yesterday) so I know I should expect higher but that seems like a lot compared to everyone.

It’s flat land so no mountains. Definitely a good idea to check the tire pressure. It was hot so we had it on at around 65 in the car for most of the day. So there should be loss there for sure. I have never gotten 245 under any conditions. I’m jealous. 78.4 kWH 478 wh/mi

Ok what am I doing wrong? I knew I was going to be running from softball game to soccer to softball to soccer today so I put the charge at Max. Put it on chill mode, range mode, and 60% was on highway (75mph average). I know going 75mph causes much more drain, had to do it because of the time...

Such a pain in the ass. I know you can turn camper mode on but really why have seat detection if it isn't used for this. Add a notification via the app if its left on for 10 minutes in case you don't want it on. This helps prevent someone accidentally draining their battery while their car...

There has been a push by members here to condense the convo into one thread, I really don't think thats beneficial for the reasons I already covered so hopefully we can continue to have a discussion in the X forum about the software it uses. Not sure why that turns some people off.

As soon as I put my watch on airplane mode this issue ended. Super annoying, but it is a fix.

The whole phone experience has been extremely annoying. If I am on a call and bring it into the tesla, they can hear me but I can't hear them and have to end the call. Then randomly I get people telling me it sounds like I am a robot. Biggest pain in the ass for me as I am on calls a lot.

I truly appreciate your laziness in this one. You might be me. I believe the answer though is to just put it in park or deal with the annoying sounds. Probably safer to just hit the button once for park so you never go on autopilot yourself and drive whilst the kiddos are in transition.

For me the biggest drain is always speed. I like to drive flow of traffic at 75-80 here in California and it kills my battery. Only draw back to having the tesla for me but has already made me a safer driver!

Hey sorry missed this notification. Yes it will open your garage and not move till completely fine. Just have to have homelink set up. When I don’t have it plugged in I can have it ready in driveway while still getting ready. Pretty neat!

Every day going in and out of garage. One of my most used functions. Absolutely love how it parks itself and closes my garage.

I am glad to know this isn't just with my X. Its really frustrating how many times I blast music with my kids in the car because when I got out of the car last I was either streaming or on a call. I have to have phone calls on full blast just to hear them, I can only imagine if I had any hearing...

Can you share your settings you had in the car to max its power? What I have a new P100dl and reading mixed reviews on Launch mode and max battery. Some have said my car is already operating at max power and others say it makes a difference using the max batter and the ludicrous easter egg.

If I have a p100dl model x would it already be uncorked? Picked it up in September this year.
