Almost but I wanna say yes. It just doesn't sound that high pitched. I fix it temporarily by moving the lower column back and forth. Then it settles down for awhile. That is until it gets hot or cold in the cabin, thus having to move it again.

Not if prices are low on repair, another reason why I don't want my Tesla. Compared to an ICE vehicle, Tesla's are just to expensive to repair compared to say a Toyota.
