I stopped here in Ellensburg last week and it was really bad. One of the stalls wasn't working at all and another was charging at only 12 kW. Three stalls is not enough for this critical location along the I-90 corridor, and people were waiting to charge.

Yes. This is the main thing. If you charge to 80-90% at Centralia and drive to Portland, you probably can't make it back to Centralia! Vancouver solves the problem.
