Did you check with your DS on status? My car started production on 12/8 and was already built and in transit by 12/12. It was unloaded on 12/15 at my SvC but online status still shows “in transit”.

Did you try calling the delivery team at the SvC you will be picking up the car from? At least talk to someone who can look up information about your car. The status on my account did not change until after I spoke to my DS for updates.
