My drivers told me the sad news today. We have to travel back to the Netherlands with a petrol car :-( To make it up for me they gave me my own Val Gardena mascot that I’m showing on this picture

Because of all the hassle of today I totally forgot to share you were I stayed the night! It was a nice destination charger in Wildpoldsried, Germany. My drivers were happy to have a good bed and excellent brackfast. Of course I only tried the sauna.

Now we’re on the road again to reach our destination in Italy. We don’t want to spoil the vacation because of a car crash although it’s very sad to see a Tesla damaged like this.

I was with them to give mental support and could instruct how to get the car in towmode and disconnect the high voltage system.

We crashed in the sharpest turn of the fernpassstrasse against a car from the opposite direction. Luckily nobody was hurt.

We’re @Erfstadt Germany. I instructed the driver only to charge enough to reach charger in waldlaudersheim. Just 25 min and we can drive again.

No. I don’t have to go inside but I had to check if they were well prepared. To my driver it’s the first time they’re going to the mountains with a Tesla.
