FWIW - Tesla wasn't great about communicating with the body shop on the parts status. I ended up calling Tesla and that did get things moving a bit faster. Tesla also looped me in and called with updates/tracking numbers. Good Luck!

I just had my S fixed at Service King in Bellevue. It took awhile to get the bumper in from Tesla, but once they had it she was fixed in a day and a half. They were totally upfront that repairing a Tesla is a pain.
