You do get better range with the 19". Ride quality is virtually on par with both, 21" has better acceleration and by far better handling, and obviously better looks. As someone who had both stock 19" and arachnid setup, switching out to 21" was like getting a new car, better in every way...

Ordered Feb 4th Black on White Plaid with CF and 21" original delivery date as per account was March -> June -> now shows August. Spoke to SA yesterday and was advised that my vehicle is not scheduled to be produced this quarter aka Sept + delivery, this is getting out of hand...

Agree with this logic! Waiting for my Plaid with FSD since Feb that promised March -> June -> now August delivery. It makes no sense that June orders are getting June delivery...

Welcome to the club! I sold my S63 back in FEB because my Plaid was scheluded for March delivery as per account details... Tried many different cars including Taycan Turbo S, you are correct, NOTHING competes with this car, August here we come!

My Feb 4th Black on White Plaid order was blank for months until a few days ago when it changed to Aug.

I had a blank delivery date for the longest time, now has finally changed to "August" Black on White interior with Carbon Plaid Model S ordered Feb 4th. Canada.

As someone who had both the 19's and 21's on my 18 Model S I can attest that there is a vast difference in performance and handling characteristic of the car. That difference will be further amplified on the Plaid. 21" is the only choice!

After selling my 18 Model S I got a MB S63 AMG spent $$$ setting it up the way I like it (Wrap, dechrome Stage 2 tune pushing 700hp+ etc) I couldnt wait to get out of it. Lasted little under a year, Agreed! Made a mistake of going MB route with the S63 after selling my 18 Model S. Missed that...

I think both will be included free of charge, will be viewed as personal preference. I hope that the vehicles will be shipped with round, and then receive a free optional upgrade to the yoke. Will give me an opportunity to try it out before commitment, but wont delay delivery.

Yes, same here. Tesla uses AT&T for mobile data and is in roaming in Canada, I think that is your restriction rather then hardware...

2018.12 and new maps are two different things. 2018.12 enables the download of new maps, but will take time for them to shop up... The new maps are different both on mcu and icu (From the old maps and is extremely noticeable) the speed improvement is dramatic, no way you can miss it...

FYI I paid 109k + 13% tax for a custom order 2018 model S 75D with AP and Premium interior here in canada. so yes 109 is an AMAZING deal...
