Front doors rubber grommets at hinge. Left had three broken wires last spring. Weeks ago I soldred one broken ground wire in the right door. This is not engineering gremlins. Just broken wires that are loosing continuity. Check your grommet wires folks.

Problem solved, was broken wires in driver's door hinge rubber grommet.

Check for broken wires in door hinge rubber grommets. Front doors open manually by pulling inside latch 100%, rear door by pull cord latch located inside carpet wall behind feet position.

Problem solved. Broken ground wire in passenger door hinge rubber grommet. Driver door last April had broken wires id repaired causing other issues. See it in my content.

You should check the wires inside the door hinge rubber grommet. THEY BREAK.

Did you figure this out I am the same. And I replaced all the parts except right and left camblocks.

I would like to read more about this ramp at the rear they made so it slides up and opens. Mine is jamming at the vent position. I installed new motors.and cables and plastic wear pieces new left and right rear links. Only the left and right camblocks have not been changed.

Model S actuator is in C pillar. Got the bolster off. Applied a little heat to the white plastic clip in behind the bolter. Used wetted rags to protect all other areas from heat. It worked 100%

Any news on your sunroof? My 2015 S85D roof brackets are really stiff. I want to remove the rear brackets without removing the back glass. I think there has to be a way? Then I should be able to pull out the drive cable. Do have any thoughts on this?

I am trying to access the rear passenger door actuator. I am stuck at the removal of the C pillar corner cushion removal. I showed a back side picture of a simillar cushion.

My 2015 S now doing the same. Window is slightly down and stays that way. The actuator is dead. I used the carpet door access emergency pull cord below the seat wall to open the door. Can any body share how to remove interior trims to get to this back left actuator?
