    turn off passenger side fan?

As others have mentioned the best thing to do is to split the airflow on the passengers side and direct it as far up as possible so it doesn't blow directly at the passengers face. It makes a big difference when you make this adjustment.

Anyone got pics of the hatchback open?

The only problem I have with the 3's back seats is the side & Thigh bolsters on the outer edges of both sides. They work great to keep you in your seat if there's only two people but when you have three what happens is the bolsters create an uncomfortable seating surface since it's not flat.

I sat in the rear of a Model Y today

Having sat in my M3 with 3 adults in the rear seats one thing I don't particularly like is the way the side bolsters make it uncomfortable for the outer occupants. I would have preferred less side and seat bolsters and more of a flat bench seat in the rear.

Important FYI: I haven't read through the whole thread but in order for voice control functionality to work you must hold down the right button for the entire time you speak the command, which is a change to the prior voice control functionality.

Supercharger - Philadelphia (East Market), PA

Used this today and it worked out great. Parked, connected, went to eat lunch nearby (IHOP on Walnut near 13th for their new burger special) disconnected, moved car to a nearby spot, went into Moms and bought $9 worth of groceries, got the 2 hours free parking sticker, drove home!

That's a great addition. Mom's gives free 2 hours parking with a $4 purchase. Should be plenty of time for a full charge!

    Superchargers at Wawas?

Wawas are far superior to 7-11s. Their made to order hoagies are fresh, tasty and head & shoulders over anything 7-11 or Subway offers. You use a touchscreen to place your order They have hot selections too. They have better tasting coffee then 7-11.

    Supercharger - Philadelphia, PA

Not sure how some of the reported users are getting such high charge rates as 69kw(literally 2 hrs before me) to the max rate 72kw in the winter. Currently the temp. is 19 degrees. Getting max 37 kw which is consistent with the 2 other times I have charged here with winter Temps- charge rates...

    Supercharger - Philadelphia, PA

FYI Center City Philly, as would be in NYC, SAN FRANCISCO, CHICAGO, BOSTON and many other places includes many apartment dwellers that don't have access to home charging. I left my Manhattan penthouse in '06 and bought a row house in Center City Philly (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 2000sq ft) and I...

    Supercharger - Philadelphia, PA

At the risk of sounding like I'm ungrateful for the information it would be much more helpful if people could be a bit more descriptive in their writeups. For example, is there an automatic garage door that opens? Is there no door? Was there an attendant? How and who do you pay the hourly fee...

    Supercharger - Philadelphia, PA

Center City, Philadelphia. Philadelphia calls it's downtown area Center City. It's a 1 mile x 2 mile main part of the City of Philadelphia. The Supercharger mentioned in this post will be Center City's first. Actually, there isn't a Supercharger anywhere within the city limits of Philadelphia.

This is such GREAT NEWS for CC Tesla owners, ESPECIALLY for those who don't have daily charger access. I'm OK with the Parking fee if it is indeed $5/hr or 1st hr. Since we frequent AC a lot the Supercharger right outside AC in Egg harbor Township has been our goto supercharger. Also since I...

    Model 3 Software Update 2018.44.x

Happy Thanksgiving to all Americans! I'm on a cruiseship in the Caribbean and while waiting for our table to be ready I was notified that there was a software update available. Plug In or Not While on Vacation?

Plug In or Not While on Vacation?

Rather than start another thread I want to piggyback on this one. Here's my situation. I will be going away next week on an extended vacation. My Model 3 WILL NOT be used for 30 days. I plan to leave it at my parent's house OUTSIDE in the driveway. They live less than a mile from a...

    Evannex vs MAXpider: Thoughts?

I have the Maxpider and I think they look GREAT! IMO they have an upscale look as opposed to say Weathertechs which are more with what you would put in a SUV. The texture and look is somewhat similar to the black speaker grills on the lower front door panels, so they match up really well. The...

My Model 3 Punished Me Yesterday

I use Autosteer with my hands at 7 & 5 which means they are basically resting in my lap. Just very lightly tugging on the wheel allows me to almost never see the nags. I'm really, really surprised that this seems difficult to many M3 owners. It's a non issue for me and it is definitely NOT the...

Best way to charge when you can not have home charging

I'm in the same situation as you but live in Philly. First of all, it DOES NOT make sense to put any kind of Charger/outlet by your house if it's 25' away from the curb. The ONLY thing that makes sense would be to install a curbside outlet (NEMA 14-50) in a lockbox and you can use your own...

    Paint protection and City Parking

Don't you take the bumper pad out AFTER you finish parking and flip it back in the TRUNK BEFORE driving away? Or in practice is that too cumbersome? Never had them before so I don't know how much of a hassle doing what I wrote above would be every time you park.

I have the larger East Coast EZ Pass Transponder. Instead of using the heavy duty Velcro-type mounting system, which would require attaching the strip onto someplace on the car, I use a suction cup wire bracket to hold the transponder. It's what I used in my previous car and had no problems...
