Are you sure that it's using the lan connection for data? I had both a cell card and ethernet, I had to switch the data connection to ethernet for the higher speeds to take effect.

When I ran my test I didn't check how much solar I was producing unfortunately. I'd have to do more testing around that.

Yep, they're working great. I haven't done a full suite of testing though. Not sure how they'll perform during a daytime outage when the powerwalls are frequency shifting to shut down the inverter. For a standard flip they've proven themselves for me.

Oh I have looked into it, I got a few quotes to re-do the house with mini splits or a more efficient conventional setup. The quotes ranged from $18k - $24k not anywhere remotely in the cards right now. Especially considering the current AC setup works great, it just draws a lot of power.

I'm actually a little happy that it was two separate conduits now. With the sandwiching one battery gets much hotter than the other, so I'm going to un-stack them and put them side by side after I get my final inspection. Hopefully that should ease the heat gain of the battery that gets hot.
