This is from an email from Executive Care: “We are confident in the service solution that is now available and would be happy to get the parts to your preferred service center right away. Our engineers have tested and validated this solution for the rattle.”

I just received notice from Tesla that they have a guaranteed solution now and will be rolling it out to service centers, pending parts. Fingers crossed.

I’ve been following this thread for a while now and I haven’t seen an answer yet to this question: Why doesn’t this issue (whatever the cause) affect all vehicles that have the same components?

What’s the solution? What’s the problem? According my Tesla SC there isn’t a solution yet.

This just started happening to me as well since upgrading to 2018.21.9

Since upgrading to 2018.21.9 I’ve noticed that every couple of songs or so the Slacker stream will stop mid-song and switch to the podcast I was listening to in the Tune-In tab. When I attempt to restart the music stream I was listening to it won’t resume the song.

I managed to record a video of the sound emanating from the front of my car. It’s most notable at speeds <45 mph while driving on roads that are not absolutely smooth. (9/2017 build 90D with Firestone air suspension part # 1067361-25-C).

Here are photos of my front struts with part numbers. Both are labeled 1067361-25-C, same as Moulari’s. Anyone else able to take photos to contribute to this data collection? Please also share if you have a non-rattling vehicle, for comparison.
