I seem to be in the same position...everything is completed....got text messages saying delivery June 28-30...no MVPA....no VIN. I tried replying to the texts last week but no response. Blue/White, LRFSD, 20", PHX (almost left coast)- twendel

Contacting the delivery specialist has been frustrating and useless. I ordered in March...completed the paperwork soon after ordering.I received the text messages saying MY would be delivered between June 28-30. I keep looking for a VIN to show but there is no VIN. It doesn't seem likely that...- twendel
