I have regen dots when the battery is cold. That is normal. When the battery is warm after charging, a long drive, or a warm day, then the regen dots disappear. The tires have not had any impact on regen.

Interesting. I ran my car with my aeros on all last winter. I didn't have any issues. I would assume that snow or ice accumulation would result in some unbalance issues. I have seen that in the past on my other cars.

Brockville might help. The real issue is that Kingston is very well placed and very convenient for travel between Tononto -Montreal and Toronto - Ottawa. People will continue to go there first. Belleville is almost entirely empty even while Kingston is overflowing.
