Just got my MCU1/FSD back from service getting cameras 2 days ago… still no sign of FSD… I was told by the service manager that MCU2 was required for FSD and that they could not do the camera upgrade… I told them I would contact Tesla regarding a refund since I bought the car from them in Sept...

Still at 8.10.6…. Frustrating I don’t even get the button that don’t do anything! Cancel that… it literally just started downloading… lol

I have HW3 computer (upgraded last month) but MCU1… I purchased the car used from Tesla which advertised it as having FSD which was a $15k option at the time I purchased it.

I upgraded my MCU on my 15, due to leaking screens… that’s the only reason I would upgrade… I could care less about playing YouTube or Netflix on the car. However I bought my 17 with FSD under the impression it would actually get FSD with everyone else…. Not “maybe some day”!

All FSD owners with MCU1 should get together and class action Tesla for $15k refund now that he has claimed it is available to everyone who has paid for it!

Well the car was advertised as having FSD which is advertised as included all features of Enhanced Autopilot… which includes navigate on autopilot which is not possible with mcu1….

Advertising the car as FSD and then requiring a $1750 part to make it work is false advertising… I have no problem taking them to court! They can either make it as advertised, refund $15k, or buy the car back.

I’m in a similar situation… I just purchased a CPO 2017 MCU1 car advertised with FSD… the car has AP2.0 so required the upgrade to AP 3.0 hardware… At delivery I pointed out the fact that it was advertised as having FSD and does not. They made appointment for the camera upgrade… another issue...

Time has come to sell our 2015 Model S 85D. Price is $42,500. It has 97,600 miles. New 19” wheels and tires installed a little over 2 months ago and I still have the 21” wheels that came on it although they have rash. Pics attached.

arbitration is a waste of time. They will find in Tesla's favor regardless... they ignored issues that were obvious violations per my states lemon laws. Lawyer is an option but usually very slow. Took almost 4 months for me to get done with my 3!
