Off base. It's a liitle confusing because it has been developing: there are now two levels NOW: 1. Autopilot- adaptive cruise control and self driving in highway lanes (early M3 did not come with this feature. Now it comes with it unless you purchased the 35,000 car) 2. Full Self Driving

I really like my LR RWD which I got in April 2018. I also got FSD. I fully enjoy my car because it is a "work in progress", not because it is perfect- that would be boring.

I just spoke to a mobile service technician who said to plug in, leave the battery at 50 % and lower the volts to its lowest number. Lowering the volts will allow the charge to trickle in.

We have two M3 and only one charger. I have been searching for how to put the second car into some kind of "vacation" mode but can't seem to find the info. does anyone know? Also, it appears Tesla support.com ie chat and email have disappeared. I wish the owners manuel had the ability to search.

I wonder... Has anyone tried the "no-Rinse" car wash liquid? The "No Rinse" solution says it is suppose to break down dirt. I consistently use it to clean my car. First with a solution using a bug sprayer -which of course would be fairly easy to spray on the panels.

I didn't know about refraining from charging when the battery is cold. Where did you learn about that? And does it mean one should heat the car before charging? Will the car tell you when you've reached optimal temperature for charging?

Thanks everyone for your feedback...is Blind spot warning good or unnecessary could be debated. My true concern was that I assumed - that with all its technology- my Tesla would warn me if someone was in my blindspot. So I was driving as if it would.
