i’m about to do this swap on my LR. i believe the jumper cables are required so that you don’t get an error code. i may have an extra set for sale as the caliper set i purchased from another forum member included this (in case anyone needs a set).

can you post or send over pics of the caliper faces?

agree with 18apetrella’s statement about lowering more than 1”. i have mpp sports and had the mpp camber arms installed when the coilovers were installed

i actually just installed aspire wheel spacers and did not notice any vibrations during my test drive tonight. did you use loctite? maybe re-torque the spacers again?

my guess to repair/repaint the bumper would be 800-1200? best to visit a body shop. you lost the cap for the parking sensor which hopefully isn’t damaged.

since RAD didn’t make a set that fits our car, i ended up getting farad locks from otis inc. another buddy ordered a set of mcgards from amazon that is cheaper.

just get some tire dressing and wipe each of the tires. please don’t use armor all. i forget which brand i have but do some research as some just fling off as the last thing you’ll want is to have it all over your car.

i’d recommend Adonis ... Tim was awesome to work with and stands by his work. Drove down from Pasadena and wouldn’t think twice about taking my future cars to him

lol...i actually drive from pasadena to A1. only takes me 40 mins and in my opinion it’s worth it as i know the job will be taken care of the very first time. i had to have my front bumper repainted as i didn’t notice a scrape under the front bumper until 1.5 months after i took delivery

unfortunately not as they don’t have a dedicated clean room to work with aluminum. however if only for paint any shop can do it. i’ve seen some pretty horrible paint jobs from authorized tesla body shops. just my opinion though

if only just for paint ... head to A1 in HB. Hands down the best in the biz. Ask for Wayne and tell him Derek sent you. Just make sure to go to the right place as there are several body shops in that complex A1 Auto Body Shop - Huntington Beach, CA

bought and installed the RPM kit which eventually started lifting around the edges. gave up after countless emails to them and got the xpel stealth kit which is what i should’ve done to begin with

i did contemplate this but offer i got for my LR was 42k. that offer was for a 3 month old car with 1200 miles on it, photosync tint on all windows and a ceramic pro cosating. mostly will keep the car for 5 years and see what’s out there then

of the few cars i’ve seen...installers always hand cut the xpel so that they aren’t covered

anyone experiencing a similar issue where the nav map doesn’t refresh with current location? i've noticed this a few times now where the map just becomes a blank tan color. cell coverage shows 2-3 bars and am on 2018.26.3. after shutting down the car and driving again later, the map restores...

i had someone install it as i also have the headlight and center console kits. originally ordered the rpm center console which i did myself but wasn’t happy with how it kept lifting and since rpm disregarded my email asking to purchase a replacement piece i opted with xpel and couldn’t be happier.

mobile rim repair guys are awesome but from what i’ve seen the paint/clear does not last very long. if you’re anal, i’d recommend getting it done by rim repair specialists

i don’t think the new car smell lasted too long in my car. car was picked up in apr

mine did...simply placed on the dash and haven’t had issues
